UTEM Tennis club is a very impressive tennis facility owned by the government.
It has been built for the 2005 Universiade and has 12 outdoor hard courts and 4 indoor hard courts with identical surface.
The Center Court has 5550 permanent seats and is situated across a little local street from the other courts. There are many locker rooms, rooms for all kinds of personnel, meeting rooms, anti-doping testing facility, rooms with physiotherapist treatment tables, player’s lounge overlooking the court etc. there. All the rooms are equipped with telephone and Internet line and also a WiFi connection could easily be installed.

Court1 has 1000 permanent seats and several locker rooms, toilets, lounges and offices under the stands. All the other courts are separate courts with the option of setting up permanent spectator stands on the side of the courts (the club already owns this kind of stands).

The 4 indoor courts are positioned side-by-side.
There is also a very big administrative building inside the club that is equipped with all kinds of offices, locker rooms, meeting rooms etc.
